摘要
血液透析是急慢性肾功能衰竭主要治疗措施,透析膜材料是影响血液透析治疗效果的关键因素。理想的透析膜应该与血管内皮非常接近,但目前还不能达到这一目标,所以血液和异体的透析膜接触后必然相互作用。文章对透析膜引起补体、白细胞、单核细胞及细胞因子的释放、凝血、血管活性物质、β2-微球蛋白以及其他方面的变化进行相应探讨。
Hemodialysis is a major therapy for acute and chronic renal function failure, while dialysis-membrane material is a key factor for the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis. An ideal dialysis-membrane material is required to be greatly closed to vascular endothelium; however, it is still a difficulty by recent technique. Therefore, blood may interact with xenogenic dialysis-membrane. This study aims to study release of complements, leukocytes,monocytes, and cytokines induced by dialysis-membrane, and changes of coagulation, vasoactive substance, and β 2-microglobulin.
