摘要 血液透析是急慢性肾功能衰竭主要治疗措施,透析膜材料是影响血液透析治疗效果的关键因素。本文综述了血液透析膜材料的分类、常用膜材料及其生物相容性、溶质清除率、溶质吸附等方面的研究进展,并总结了近年来透析膜材料的改进及其对血液透析的影响。 Reviews the research on the classification of hemodialysis membrane material, common membrane and its biocompatibility, clearance and absorption of solute, and summarizes the material and its influence on hemodialysis.
