摘要
以甜瓜薄皮品种‘甘甜一号’(‘GT-1’)为材料,研究了不同生长素对甜瓜真叶外植体不定芽分化的影响以及不同生长素、无机盐和糖浓度对甜瓜生根的影响.结果表明,‘GT-1’在含有MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.01mg/L的分化培养基上的不定芽诱导率最高,达95%,诱导真叶外植体分化附加IBA,对不定芽的分化诱导并不明显;在1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+蔗糖20 g/L的诱导生根培养基上生根效果最好,生根率达97.5%.
Abstract:An oriental melon variety 'GT-I' was used to study the effects of different hormones on leaves explants of adventitious buds, and rooting of melon with the different growth hormone, salts and sugar concentration. The result showed that induction rate of adventitious buds of 'GT-I' had 950 % on MS +6-BA 1.0 mg/L-kIAA 0.01 mg/L with differentiation medium. Leaf was induced to differentiation with IBA, the adventitious buds differentiation was not apparent. Rooting rate of melon was 97.5 % on 1/2 MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L-ksugar 20 g/L.
