摘要
以紫叶稠李水培侧芽为外植体,对其进行组织培养技术研究,结果表明:在3/4MS+6-BA0.3mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L+蔗糖30mg/L的培养基上,外植体分化最早;在3/4MS+6-BA0.3mg/L+IAA0.3mg/L+蔗糖30mg/L培养基的增殖系数最高;在1/2MS+IAA0.5mg/L+蔗糖30mg/L的培养基上,生根率最高,平均生根率达90%以上。
Studying Prunus virginiana tissue culture with lateral buds taken as explants . The results showed that explant differentiation was the earliest with 3/4MS+6-BA0.3mg/L+ IAA0.5mg/L+sucrose 30mg/L. The increment coefficient was the highest with 3/4MS+6-BA0.3 mg/L+IAA0.3 mg/L+ sucrose 30mg/L. The rooting rate was the highest with 1/2MS+IAA0.5mg/L+ sucrose 30mg/L, the rooting rate was above 90%.
