摘要
分别以皇后和K7-3 2至6日苗龄的不同子叶切块作为外植体,分别在含有1.0,0.4,0.1 mg/L 6-BA的MS培养基上进行继代培养从而获得了完整的再生植株。实验表明采用子叶近胚轴部位是诱导不定芽的最佳部位,4日苗龄是实验进行不定芽诱导的最有利时期,1.0 mg/L 6-BA是诱导不定芽的最佳激素浓度。
Plant regeneration of Queen and K7-3 (Cucumis melon L. ) of cotyledon was studied. Adventitious shoots were induced from cotyledonary enplants. Excised cotyledon explants were alternately cultured on MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L, 0.4 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L 6-BA. It was demonstrated that near hypocoty of cotyledon was the best location for inducting adventitious shoots and the highest regeneration frequency was on MS basal medium supplemented with 1 mg/L BA from young seedlings after 4 days of germination .
