摘要
[目的]研究氯氰菊酯对金鱼鱼种的急性毒性。[方法]采用常规生物急性毒性试验方法,研究氯氰菊酯对金鱼鱼种的急性毒性。[结果]结果表明,氯氰菊酯对金鱼鱼种24、48、72和96 h的半致死浓度MTL(Median tolerance limits)分别为17.10、13.50、10.74和10.53μg/L,安全浓度为1.05μg/L。[结论]该研究结果为金鱼及相关观赏鱼的鱼病防治工作提供参考依据。
[ Objective]The purpose aimed to study acute toxicity effect of eypermethrin on juvenile goldfish. [ Method]Tne general method of biological acute toxicity test was used to study acute toxicity effect of cypennethrin on juvenile goldfish. [Result]The results indicated that the MTL of eypermethrin on juvenile goldfish in 24,48,72 and 96 h were 17.10,13.50,10.74 and 10.53 μg/L, respeetively,the safe eaneentration was 1.05μg/L. [ Conclusion]This research will provide the referenced basis for fish disease control of goldfish-and related ornamental fish.
