摘要
研究结果表明,氰戊菊酯对金鱼的24,48,72,96h的半致死质量浓度分别为73 1,24 0,20 7,12 5μg/L,氰戊菊酯对金鱼的毒性极大,并有十分明显的时间效应。金鱼对氰戊菊酯的富集系数很大,可达1×104～1×105,且肝和鳃的富集能力比肌肉要大。
The acute toxicity and residues of fenvalerate to goldfish (Carassius auratus) juveniles were determined at 16～20℃ in a laboratory.The results showed that the φ(12) of fenvalerate to the luveniles was 73.1, 24.0, 20.7, and 12.5 μg·L^(-1)in 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours, respectively. It was found that concentrated coefficient of fenvalerate was 1×10~4～1×10~5 in goldfish, and the residues was more in liver and gill than that in muscles.
