摘要
在实验室条件下,研究了氯氰菊酯对草鱼鱼种的急性毒性及其对鳃和肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明,氯氰菊酯对草鱼鱼种24,48,72,96h半致死浓度分别为32 82μg L、9 92μg L、8 12μg L、6 51μg L;经1μg L、3μg L、5μg L浓度处理,测得鳃SOD活性6h时升高,后转为抑制,对肝脏SOD酶呈现促进作用,酶活性的变化呈一定浓度相关性。
In this paper,the acute toxicity of Cypermethrin to grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)fingerlings was studied.It was found that the LC50 of Cypermethrin to grass carp fingerlings are 3282 μg/L,992 μg/L,812 μg/L,651 μg/L in 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h,respectively Meanwhile,the effects of Cypermethrin on supperoxide dismutase activities in gill and liver tissues were also determined.The gill and liver tissues of grass carp fingerlings were treated at Cypermethrin levels(1 μg/L,3 μg/L,5 μg/L)for 6 h,12 h,24 h and 72 h respectively.The results showed that the SOD activities of gill tissues were higher than that of control groups before 6 h,but they were restrained during 12 h to 48 h,and finally recovered to that in the control groups standard in the 72th h.The SOD activities of live tissues were higher significantly than that in the control groups during 6 h to 48 h and come back to the control group level at the 72th h.
