摘要
采用紫外分光光度法,用pH9.6-9.7的氨缓冲液提取新鲜蔬菜、水果中硝酸盐,加活性炭去除色素类,加蛋白质沉淀剂去除蛋白质及其它干扰物质,经振荡提取后在紫外区219nm处直接测定硝酸盐含量。结果表明:该方法不需现国家标准方法中加热提取和镉粒还原的步骤,可直接用提取液进行测定,其准确度和精密度均较高,且操作简便,对环境污染小,可快速检测大量样品。
Nitrates in fresh vegetables and fruits were drawn into solution by using an ammoniacal buffer at pH 9.6-9.7. Activated carbon was added to the solution to remove the samplers pigments. The protein was removed by adding potassium ferroeyanide and zinc sulfate. Nitrates in samples can be deter- mined by UV-spectrophotometry at 219 nm wavelength after shaking and drawing. It's not necessary to use heat shock and cadmium deoxidization compared with national standard method. This method presents a high accuracy and precision and it is simple in handling. Mean while,it leads to a lower environmental pollution,and can measure a large number of samples quickly.
