摘要
研究基于制造特性的机械系统参数化建模及仿真方法.以Pro/E和Ansys软件为工具,结合VC及SQLserver,建立了带有制造特性的、参数化的计算机集成仿真框架.通过对钻夹头机构输出特性的分析,初步验证了考虑尺寸误差、位置误差等制造特性的参数化仿真方法的可行性,以及所构建的基于制造特性的集成仿真系统的正确性,表明了基于制造特性的仿真能够使仿真建模更接近零件的实际特征,准确预测机械系统运行性能.
Parametric modeling and simulation based on manufacturing characteristics were studied. Combined VC and SQL server with Pro/E and Ansys as tools, framework of parametric computer integrated simulation with manufacturing characteristics was established. Through analysis of the output character of drill chuck, the feasibility of parametric simulation method considering manufacturing characteristics such as dimension and position errors and the validity of integrated simulation system were preliminarily verified. The results showed that modeling and simulation based on manufacturing characteristics could be more accurate, and could predict the running performance of mechanical system.
