摘要
研究不同牙形角和摩擦系数对锥螺纹旋紧机构轴向力及螺纹处最大等效应力的影响规律.推导了锥螺纹的螺旋升角计算公式.应用有限元法,建立了锥螺纹旋紧机构的参数化有限元模型,并通过对圆柱螺纹有限元分析结果与理论计算结果的比较,验证了锥螺纹旋紧机构的有限元模型的正确性.通过有限元分析可知,轴向力和螺牙最大等效应力随着牙形角及摩擦系数的增大而减小.
Studies the law of different thread tooth link angles and friction factors to the axial force and maximum equivalent stress of the tapered thread. The formulation of the helix angle of the device with tapered thread is deduced. With finite element method (FEM), its finite element model is established. Through comparing the result of FEA with the result of theoretical analysis, its finite element model is verified. The results show that the axial force and the maximum equivalent stress of the tapered thread decrease with the thread tooth link angle and the friction factor increasing.
