摘要
在石油钻井中,水龙头中心管的载荷主要是由中心管螺纹来承担,所以螺纹连接的可靠性就直接决定了水龙头工作的可靠性。针对内压、轴向力和旋螺纹转矩3种载荷形式,采用有限元法,对中心管和接头螺纹连接在3种不同工况下进行了研究,分别得出了中心管螺纹Von Mises应力分布,轴向位移分布规律,以及螺纹接触应力分布曲线。结果表明,在最大工况下,中心管各啮合螺纹仍然具有承受载荷的能力,整个中心管不会被拉断;螺纹自身密封性很好,可以代替密封圈起密封泥浆的作用。
During petroleum drilling, the load hydraulic tap bears is to undertake mainly from central pipe thread. So the reliability of threaded coupling is directly decided the reliability of hydraulic tap working. Aiming at three kinds of load forms, internal pressure and axial load and torque, and using FEA, this paper studies the thread under three different operating modes. It obtains the distribution of Von Mises stress, axial displacement, as well as contact stress on the central pipe thread. Result shows that central pipe cannot destroy under the biggest operating condition, and that self-sealing thread can replace sealing ring that is used to seal up mud.
