摘要
依据微小型构件的结构特点,提取了反映制造特性的表面形貌特征,基于Patir模型,建立了含有波纹度和粗糙度特征参数的表面形貌数值模型.模拟结果与实验验证表明:利用该数值模型生成的模拟表面与期望表面在统计特性上(粗糙度、自相关函数等)吻合较好,波纹度参数的补充使模拟表面更接近实际表面,为进一步研究制造特性参数与接触性能之间的相关关系提供了数值模型基础.
According to structural characteristics of microminiatute component, the profile parameters, which can reflect the manufacturing properties, was selected, and a numerical surface profile model including roughness and waviness was built up based on the Patir model, and the case was provided. It is showed by the simulation and experiment results that the statistical characteristics(Ra, ACF) of simulative surfaces resulted from the newly-built model can precisely tally with that of the expected surfaces, and the complementarity of waviness makes simulative surfaces more closer to actual surfaces, which provides the basis of numerical model for investigation of relationship between manufactural characteristics and contact characters.
