摘要
承接发达地区产业转移是欠发达地区经济发展和实现腾飞的重要条件,但由于欠发达地区自身软硬件环境的原因以及面临被发达地区产业锁定的风险,承接产业转移过程中存在诸多问题。文章分析了欠发达地区承接产业转移的障碍和被锁定风险,并提出相应的对策。
To undertake the industries from developed regions is an important condition for undeveloped areas to achieve their economic development target.But the reasons for its own hardware and software of environment as well as facing the risk of industry-locking ,has shown many problems in the process of Industry transfer.This article analys the risks of industrylocking and other obstacles for undeveloped areas to undertake industries, and makes appropriate countermeasures.
