摘要
随着中心城市的产业转型升级,楼宇经济迅速发展,成为引领中心城市乃至区域经济发展的重要载体。中心城市政府应强化对楼宇经济的认识,积极履行职能,为楼宇经济发展创造良好的软硬件环境,实现楼宇经济的又好又快发展。
With the transition and upgrade of industrial structure in the central city,building economy developing rapidly has become an important carrier in the development of central city economy and regional economy.To achieve sound and rapid development of building economy,the central city government should strengthen the awareness of building economy,perform its functions positively,and create a good software-hardware environment for the development of building economy.
