摘要
文章分析了图书馆知识服务的概念、性质和特点,指出加强资源的整合和提高系统的交互性是实现知识服务的关键,并提出进行机构重组和优化是促进图书馆知识服务的行之有效的方案之一。
This paper analysis the characteristics of the knowledge service, point out that the integration of resources and the promotion of communication are two keys of it, put forward a new organization mode of the library to promote its knowledge service.
