摘要
文章简介图书馆职业能力的一般认识与表述,将近年来图书馆(图书馆工作者)职业能力特点归纳为"整合、重组、关联、互动"四要素。以大量文献综述为依据,从理论和实践上解读"四要素"对图书馆社会职能继承性、创新型拓展的动力原理和工具性作用。用二维图示的方法直观给出各职能对应的要素行动、各要素行动对应的职能内涵,描述图书馆职业能力特点对图书馆社会职能的拓展,展示当前图书馆行动态势,导出未来图书馆的功能框架。
This paper expounds that the role of library professional ability on the expansion of library social function under ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ environment ,and introduces the library professional ability in understanding and expression, in recent years library （library worker） professional ability is summarized as four elements of＇＇ integration, reorganization, association and interaction＂.Based on a large number of literature review from the theoretical and practical aspect this paper interprets the dynamic principle of ＂four elements＇of library functions of inheritance, innovative extension and the role of tools. With the method of the two-dimensional graphic intuitive given the functional elements of a corresponding action, the elements corresponding function connotation, this paper describes the library professional capacity expansion of new characteristics of library social functions and displays the current library operations, exports the function of the future library framework.
