摘要
论文对中美10所著名高校图书馆机构设置进行比较研究,总结其中异同并分析了美国大学图书馆机构设置对于国内的借鉴意义,旨在对提升现代图书馆管理水平,推进图书馆事业的发展有所裨益。
This paper makes a comparative research on organization setting of 10 famous academic libraries in China and America, sum up their similarities and differences between them, and analyses the significance of organization setting of American academic libraries to the domestic libraries, aiming at raising the level of contemporary libraries＇ administration, and promoting the development of library cause.
