摘要
刺激隔区产生的镇痛作用是经缰核而实现的。为了提供依据以解释其机制,采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)法与还原型辅酶Ⅱ黄递酶(NADPH-d)相结合方法,对大鼠隔区向缰核的NOS阳性神经元的投射进行了研究。结果表明,缰外侧核接受来自斜角带核垂直支(VDB)腹侧部、斜角带核水平支(HDB)及VDB背侧部的NOS阳性神经元的投射;缰内侧核接受少量来自VDB腹侧部NOS阳性神经元的投射。这种隔区与缰核之间的NOS阳性神经元联系可能是其具有针刺镇痛作用的重要形态学基础之一。
In order to provide foundation for explaining the mechanism of the analgesic effect elicited by stimulation of septa which is mediated via habenular nuclei, the afferent connections of NOS positive neurons of habenular nuclei from the septal area were studied by combined method of horseradish peroxidase(HRP) and nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH-d) in rats. The results showed that the lateral habenular nucleus received the prOections of NOS PoSitive neurons from the ventral part of vertical limb of diagonal band nucleus(VDB), the horizontal limb of diagonal band nucleus(HDB) and the dorsal part of VDB, that the medial habenular nucleus received a few proections of NOS positive neurons from the ventral part of VDB. It is possible that the fiber connections of NOS positive neurons between septal area and habenular nuclei are one of their important morphological basis for acupuncture analgesia.
