胼胝体及前连合一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元的生后发育

摘要 目的 研究大鼠胼胝体及前连合内NOS阳性神经元的生后发育规律。方法 本实验用还原型辅酶Ⅱ黄递酶 (NADPH d)免疫组织化学方法。结果 大鼠生后第 1天胼胝体内已有少量NOS阳性神经元 ,在生后 7天时数量明显增多 ,至第 2周末减少至接近成年时水平 ,仅少量NOS阳性神经元散在于胼胝体内。前连合内的NOS阳性神经元也有类似的发育规律。结论 在大鼠生后早期发育过程中 ,胼胝体及前连合内NOS阳性神经元有一过性增多 ,继之降至成年时水平的发育规律。 Objective\ To study the regularity of the postnatal development of the NOS positive neurons within the corpus callosum and commissural rostralis of the rat. Methods\ NADPH d immunohistochemical method was used. Results\ A few NOS positive neuros appeared in the corpus callosum of the rat on the first day after birth and the number of NOS positive neurons increased on the 7th day .The number of the NOS positive neurons decreased ,and was close to the adult level by the end of PNW2 ,only a few NOS positive neurons were seen in the corpus callosum. The NOS positive neurons in the commissura rostralis had a similar regulation. Conclusion \ In the early period of development NOS positive neurons in the corpus callosum and commissum rostralis of the rats show increasing and then decreasing to the adult level .This assay also made a study on the function of the transient increase of NOS positive neurons .
