柠檬酸和EDTA-2Na对钛合金微弧氧化膜性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究柠檬酸(CA)和乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)对钛合金微弧氧化膜性能的影响,在含有Ca,P元素的溶液中对钛合金进行微弧氧化处理,对添加配位剂前后陶瓷膜的化学成分、微观形貌、润湿性能和显微硬度进行了研究。结果表明,CA和EDTA-2Na均能促进微弧氧化膜中羟基磷灰石的形成,其中CA使氧化膜中Al的比例降低至2.7%;EDTA-2Na则促进CaTiO3的形成,并使氧化膜表面Ca/P原子百分比提高至1.83。加入上述两种配位剂后,微弧氧化膜均能保持良好的润湿性能。虽然加入配位剂后氧化膜的显微硬度有所下降,但仍接近Ti6Al4V合金基体硬度的2倍。 Ti6A14V alloy was treated by micro-arc oxidation ( MAO) in an electrolyte containing Ca and P. The chemical compo-sition,micro-morphology,wettability,and microhardness of the oxi-dation films prepared in the presence and absence of complexing a-gents citric acid (CA) and disodium ethylene-diamine-tetraacetate (EDTA-2Na) were analyzed,aiming at revealing the effects of the complexing agents on the microstructure and properties of the micro-arc oxidation films on Ti6A14V alloy. Results show that both CA and EDTA-2Na could promote the formation of hydroxyapatite (HAP). The addition of CA reduced the content of Al in the oxidation film to about 2.74%,while EDTA-2Na induced the production of CaTiO3 and increased the Ca/P ratio of the film to 1. 83. MAO films were still well wetted after the addition of the complexing agents. Moreo-ver,although the microhardness of the MAO film was reduced with the addition of the complexing agents,it was still about twice as much as that of Ti6A14V alloy substrate.
