摘要
综述了国内外钛合金的微等离子体氧化技术的研究现状,着重介绍了该技术的装置特点,分析了不同电解液体系下所生成的钛合金微等离子体氧化陶瓷膜层,并对氧化膜结构及性能作了较详细的介绍,阐述了膜层的耐蚀性、耐磨性、防生物附生性和生物相容性等,还简要介绍了该技术的应用领域,并提出了该技术今后的发展前景及方向。
The new surface engineering technology of microplasma oxidation (MPO) on titanium alloy was overviewed. The equipments and deposition process were introduced. The effects of electrolyte composition on biocompatibility, tribological characteristics and corrosion resistance of ceramic layer were reviewed. The mainly applications were pointed out as well.
