摘要
目的:探讨富血小板血浆应用于颌骨囊肿术后骨腔修复的临床效果。方法:将24例颌骨囊肿患者随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组:12例颌骨囊肿摘除后用自体富血小板血浆+可溶止血纱布充填;对照组:术后骨腔放置可溶止血纱布。观察术后6个月X线的变化。结果:术后6个月骨缺损区骨密度实验组优于对照组。结论:富血小板血浆的局部应用有利于颌骨囊肿术后骨腔修复。
Objective： To explore the curative effects of platelet-rich plasma （PRP） in the restoration of jaw cyst cavities. Methods： 24 patients were randomly divided into experinental group and control group. PRP with soluble gauze for hemostasis were used to fill the jaw cavity after curettage of the cyst on experinental group, and soluble gauze alone for hemostasis were used to fill the jaw cavity on control group. X-ray observations were checked in 6 months after operation. Results： X-ray examinations showed the bone mineral density of eyst cavities recovered better on experinental group than on control group. Conclusions： PRP can be used to promote the recovery of the defect area.
