摘要 以抚顺石油二厂提供的轻质油为原料,在小型连续管式裂解炉上,对轻质油在不同条件下的结焦规律进行了实验测试.实验均在常压,1083-1123K温度条件下进行,并以水蒸气作为惰性稀释剂,分别考察了二甲基二硫(DMDS)、磷酸二酯(LPA)和新型结焦抑制剂LPA—I存在下轻质油裂解结焦抑制剂的性能,同时考察了裂解温度、稀释比对结焦速率的影响,结果表明:LPA-I作为一种新型结焦抑制剂其功能完善,抑焦效果优于DMDS和LPA.同时,在轻质油中加入LPA-I可提高乙烯收率. With equipment specially designed and assembled for studying coke deposition in pyrolysis of hydrocarbons,naphtha produced by light oil produced by Fushun No. 2 factory as feedstock, the law of coke deposition during the light oil pyrolysis was studied under different conditions, LPA(Phosphate) coke restrict, the effects of DMDS(dimethyl disulfied),the effect of new mixed coking inhibitor LPA- I (DMDS and LPA,the mixed mass ratio is 1 : 1),pyrolysis temperature and diluted ratio on the rate of coke formation and the coke inhibitor's anti-coking performance was investigated. The results show that whether it was a blank test or a test that added coke inhibitor into feedstock, the rate of coke formation increased as the temperature rose. Adding respectively 100 ug · g^-1 of DMDS, LPA or new mixed coking inhibitor LPA- I into light oii could effectively inhibit coke formation. But DMDS's anti-coking performance was not so good. LPA-I as a new kind of coke inhibitor, had an excellent anti-coking performance, better than that of DMDS and LPA,and it could increase the yields of ethylene.
