摘要
在中国石化北京燕山分公司化工一厂乙烯装置新区60 kt/a SRT-Ⅳ型裂解炉上,进行了两个周期以重柴油为裂解原料、整炉添加结焦抑制剂的工业应用试验。试验表明,该试验所采用的有机硫磷抑制剂适用于重原料,抑制结焦效果明显,裂解炉运行周期可延长0．5～1．0倍。
Industrial application trial of coking inhibitor in the whole 60 kt/a ethylene SRT-Ⅳpyrolysis fur- nace,which takes Yanhua heavy gas oil as the feed, was held twice.The result shows that the organic sulfur-phosphor coking inhibitor developed by BRICI is fit for heavy feed and has good coking inhibiting ef- fect.The run length can be prolonged by 0.5～1.0 times.
