摘要
采用喷吹技术连续向熔池喷吹焦粒和提高供氧强度,在150t的电弧炉熔炼过程形成连续稳定、高度500~800mm的泡沫渣,遮蔽了电弧,降低了噪音。经过500炉的实验,其结果节电>30kWh/t,供电时间缩短3~5.5min。
The technology for continuously injecting coke powder and the measure for increasing oxygenflow rate have been adopted to get steady foamed slag depth of 500-800 mm, by which the electric arc wasshaded and the noise lowered. With 500 heats experience the results shown that the average electric powerconsumption decreased more than 30 kWh/t and the power on time decreased 3-5. 5 min.
