摘要
某特钢厂改进熔炼不锈钢电弧炉操作工艺、造渣制度和采用炉渣发泡技术后 ,使电弧炉炉衬寿命从 30炉提高到 60炉以上 ,并保证 2台 30tEBT电弧炉与 1台 30tAOD炉相匹配。炉衬寿命进一步提高后 ,可望 1台EBT电弧炉与 1台AOD炉相匹配 ,提高不锈钢产量。
The lining life of EBT EAF for smelting stainless steel was increased from 30 heats to more than 60 heats,which matched two EBT EAFs (30 t×2) with the improvement of an AOD set (30 t) operation by Special Steel Works,and slag-making method and the application of slag-foaming technique.It may be expected to match an EBT EAF with an AOD set and to increase an output of stainless steel after the lining life is increased even further.
