促进转学生学校适应的策略探析 被引量：2

摘要 越来越多的学生,因为父母的工作调动或自身的原因而转学。转校伊始,学生需要有一个学校适应的过程,主要包括学校环境适应、人际关系适应和学习适应。学校和家长如何帮助转学生尽快适应学校环境(学校环境适应策略)、协调好人际关系(人际关系适应策略)、进入良好的学习状态(学习适应策略),是使转学生形成良好的学校适应的关键问题。
