摘要 目的:探讨Clusterin和TGF-β在婴幼儿皮肤血管瘤发生和发展过程中的表达及其相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测人皮肤血管瘤增生期和退化期Clusterin和TGF-β的表达,并进行相关性分析。结果:血管瘤增生晚期与早期和中期相比,TGF-β和Clusterin表达的平均积分光密度和阳性面积率差异均有统计学意义,P均<0.01。血管瘤消退晚期与早期和中期相比,TGF-β和Clusterin表达的平均积分光密度和阳性面积率差异有统计学意义,P均<0.01。不同时期血管瘤组织中TGF-β和Clusterin阳性面积率的相关性分析显示,增生期,r=0.439,P<0.01;消退期,r=0.392,P<0.01。结论:血管瘤组织Clusterin和TGF-β呈显著正相关。他们通过影响血管瘤内皮细胞的增殖和血管生成而在血管瘤的病理演变过程中起着重要作用。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expressions of Clusterin and TGF-β and discuss their significance and correlation in the pathologic evolution of infantile hemangioma. METHODS: The immu- nohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of Clusterin and TGF-β in the proliferating and involuting infantile hemangiomas. RESULTS : Compared with the expressions of TGF-β and clusterin in the early stage and the intermediate stage of proliferating hemangioma, the expressions of them (average integral optical density and positive area ratio) were significantly higher in the advanced stage of proliferating he- mangioma (P〈 0.01). Compared with the expression of TGF-β and clusterin in the early stage and the intermediate stage of the involuting hemangioma, the expressions of them (average integral optical density and positive area ratio) were also significantly higher in the advanced stage of involuting hemangiomas (P〈 0. 01). The expression level of Clusterin in the infantile hemangiomas was positively related to that of TGF-β respectively in the stages of proliferating hemangioma and involuting hemangioma (proliferating hemangioma: r=0. 439, P〈0.01; in voluting hemangioma: r= 0. 392, P〈0.01). CONCLUSION: Clusterin and TGF-β play important roles in the mechanisms of hemangioma pathological development through altering of endothelial cell's proliferation and angiogenesis.
