摘要
对国内外产业结构与经济增长关系的相关文献进行了简要综述,阐明了第三产业与经济增长的关系,运用协整方法得出了1978—2006年陕西第三产业与经济增长存在着长期均衡关系,针对目前陕西第三产业方面存在的问题,提出了转变观念、解放思想;积极创办服务实体、吸收富余人员;大力发展旅游业等对策。
This paper makes a brief summarization of the literature about the relationship between the industries＇ structures and economic growth of China and the outside world, and expounds the relationship between the tertiary industry and economic growth. By use of the co-integration method, the author finds that the tertiary industry of Shaanxi Province developed synchronously with its economic growth from 1978 to 2006. To the problems in the tertiary industry of Shaanxi Province, this paper provides some solutions, including the following countermeasures： to change the old ideas and become open-minded; to be active in establishing services entities; to absorb the redundant laborers; and to make great efforts to develop the tourism industry.
