摘要
陕西支柱产业作为陕西产业系统的主体和骨骼、作为陕西经济增长的火车头 ,目前的发展现状如何 ?和其他地区的同类产业相比 ,是否具有竞争优势 ?能否带动陕西实现工业强省战略。本文以 1998- 2 0 0 2年陕西八个支柱产业所涉及的 2 2个大类行业工业总产值的增长变化作为研究对象 ,采用偏离份额技术 ,分析陕西支柱产业的发展现状。结果显示 ,陕西八个工业支柱产业的产业结构和资源配置基本趋于合理 ,但总体发展状况不容乐观 ,整体产业竞争力较差 ,特别是高新技术产业缺乏竞争力 ,产业带动力不强 。
Taking the gross value of industrial output of the 8 mainstay industries in Shaanxi Province as the research object and by using the deviation quota technology, this paper analyzes the status quo of the mainstay industries in Shaanxi Province. The conclusion is that the structure and the resources allocation of the 8 mainstay industries are tending basically towards rationality. But the general development situation allows of no optimism, i.e. the general industrial competitiveness is poor, especially that of high tech industries, which seriously affects the rapid development of Shaanxi industry.
