摘要 通过对织机经纱张力的控制原理以及影响经纱张力控制因素等方面的分析,说明经纱张力具有非线性、滞后性及随纬密改变而明显变化等特性。针对张力的复杂特性,为实现经纱恒张力的控制要求,提出了模糊参数自整定PID控制算法。Simulink仿真结果表明该控制器可使经纱张力的平稳性得到明显改善,控制精度得到明显提高。 Through analyzing control principle of warp thread tension and main factors of influencing tension, it can be concluded that warp thread tension has these characteristics such as non-linear, hysteresis quality and changing obviously along with weft density change. With a view to this complex specialty and the control demands of maintaining constant tension, a fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID control arithmetic is proposed. The result of Simulink simulation indicate that this control can keep warp thread tension invariable, improve warp thread tension dynamic property, and enhance the reaction rate and the control precision obviously.
