摘要
电动调节阀的输出很难用一个准确的数学模型来描述,但可以准确地测量。针对这一特点,步进式控制不直接对输入信号进行响应,而是分若干个固定的步长,根据每次的测量结果使输入指令信号一步一步地逼近设定量。通过合理的控制参数设置,该方法使控制对象运行平稳,适用于对响应速度要求不高的流量或压力的跟随或稳定控制。
