摘要
纤维缠绕机在玻璃钢工业中起着举足轻重的作用,其控制系统的选取直接影响到产品的质量和生产效率。本文对缠绕机控制系统进行了研究,并对缠绕机的结构及控制参数和流程进行了分析,提出了采用32位ARM微控制器作为核心的数控系统,以便提高缠绕机控制系统的诸多性能。
The fiber rotating machine is very important in the field of composite material, the control system of which has affect on the quality of product. A control system of fiber rotating machine based on ARM microehip was developed. The analysis for the relevant control parameters and schemes was made, which improved the performance of the control system.
