摘要
在综合前人研究成果的基础上,对图书馆读者评价模型进行改进和扩展,在引入Shannon信息熵来描述评价权重的不确定性的同时,利用理想点法计算权重的优越性,给出一种计算读者满意度评价指标权重的新方法,建立基于熵权和理想点法的读者满意度综合评价模型,从而有效实现对各个图书馆读者满意度的综合评价。
Based on the informed researches, the paper improves and extends the reader evaluation model in library. Using Shannon' s information entropy to describe the weight of uncertainty and the advantages of TOPSIS( Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) for weight calculation, the authors give a new method to calculate the indexes weight. Then, a comprehensive evaluation model is established in this paper. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified through an example.
