摘要
[目的]研究微波增压溶样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定延胡索中的重金属元素。[方法]以采自陕西省汉中市的延胡索为样品,利用混酸消解样品,采用微波增压溶样-石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定延胡索药材中微量铅和镉的含量,并对微波消解的试剂和条件进行了筛选和优化。[结果]以HNO3+HClO4作为消解试剂效果最佳。在优化的试验条件下,检测出铅和镉的平均含量分别为0.947和0.074μg/ml,含量测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.41%和1.32%,加标回收率分别为92.2%和89.8%。分析结果显示,采自陕西省汉中市的延胡索样品中微量铅镉含量符合国家标准。[结论]用微波增压溶样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定中药材微量元素简便快速、准确灵敏并能获得较好的效果。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to determine the heavy metal elements in Corydalis yanhusuo by microwave pressure acid digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [ Method ] With C. yanhusuo from Hanzhong City of Shaanxi Province as sample, and the sample was digested by mixed-acid, the trace Ph and Cd in C. yanhusuo medicinal materials were determined directly by adopting microwave pressure acid digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, and the reagent and conditions of microwave digestion were also screened and optimized. [ Result] The result was the best with HNO3 + HClO4 as digestive reagent. Under optimized experiment conditions, the average content of Pb and Cd detected were 0. 947 and 0.074 μg/ml resp. the relative standard deviation (RSD) of content determination were 0.41% and 1.32% resp. , the recoveries of standard addition were 92.2% and 89.8% resp. The analysis results showed that the trace Pb and Cd content in C. yanhusuo sample from Hanzhong City of Shaanxi Province conformed to national standard. [ Conclusion] Determining the traee elements in Chinese medicinal materials by microwave pressure acid digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, the easy, rapid, accurate and sensitive results could be achieved.
