摘要 采用微波消化技术,以自吸背景校正方式,在硝酸介质中,NH4H2PO4和Mg(NO3)2混合物为基体改进剂,直接用石墨炉原子吸收法测定了灵芝中的镉,并研究了最佳的实验条件。该法在0~5μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为01307μg/kg,回收率为9716%~10113%。用于灵芝中痕量镉的测定,结果满意。 Ganoderma lucidum was digested in a microwave digestion system and based on the self-absorption background correct method. NH 4H 2PO 4-Mg(NO 3) 2 was used as matrix modifier in the direct GFAAS determination of trace amounts of cadmium in vegetables . Optimum conditions for the determination were studied thoroughly. The linear range is 0~5 μg/L with detection limit of 0 307 μg/kg. The recoveries are 97.6%~103.1%. The method was applied in the determination of trace amounts of cadmium in Ganoderma lucidum sample with satisfactory results.
