摘要
用浓硝酸与高氯酸混酸消解植物叶,其中铜、锌及锰含量较高,可直接用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定;铅、镉及铬含量较低,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定;铅和镉含量甚微,受基体及共存元素干扰严重,用标准加入法消除干扰。
Leaf-sample was digested with conc. HNO3 and HClO4. The elements with high contents (Cu, Zn and Mn) were determined by FAAS, while those with low contents (Pb, Cd and Cr) were determined by GF-AAS. To eliminate the matrix interference and interferences of some co-existing elements, standard addition method was used in the determination of Lead and cadmium.
