摘要
建立了测定碘的高效液相色谱光度法，结果为：ＳｈｉｍｐａｃｋＤＩＯＬ１５０柱，甲醇－００１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸（１０∶９０）作流动相，流速为１２ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，检测波长为２２４ｎｍ。线性范围为００１０～１０ｍｇ／Ｌ，检出限为１μｇ／Ｌ。用于奶粉和食盐测定时，相对标准偏差为２９％～８７％，加标回收率为９３％～１０３％。
method for determination of iodine by high performance liquid chromatographyspectrophotometry has been established.The chromatography conditions were:column,Shim-pack DIOL150;mobile phase,methanol001mol/L H_3PO_4(10∶90);flow rate,12ml/min;detection wavelength,224nm.The linear range was from 0.010mg/L to 1.0mg/L with a correlation coefficiency of 09993.The detection limit of iodine was 1μg/L.The method has been applied to the analysis of milk powder and table salt.The RSD was in the range from 2.9%～8.7% and the recovery was from 93%～103%.
