为了更好地满足客户需要、提高管理效率、提高客户的满意度和忠诚度,降低企业生产和运营成本,设计了基于Delphi 7.0的保险行业客户关系管理信息系统的技术方案,详细讨论了系统的功能设计以及实现技术。为保险企业提供了一个很好的技术平台,提高了企业的竞争力。
As the economic globalization and increasingly fierce market competition, for increasing the competition and the management efficiency, making the customers satisfied, faithful and reducing the product cost ,the scheme of CRM information system in .the automobile parts industry is designed ,the function design and the realization technology are described in details. The efficiency is improved and a platform is provided for insurance industry.
