摘要
从鲍尔点的形成原理出发,分析对称连杆曲线上鲍尔点的产生条件,提出等边机构的对称连杆曲线上有单鲍尔点和双鲍尔点。其中单鲍尔点可以利用运动鲍尔曲线求解,而带双鲍尔点的扇形连杆曲线是在两连架杆平行的运动位置处产生的,可以利用该瞬时的拐点圆来求解。根据鲍尔点与机构尺寸的关系式分析得出自切且带直线段及对称轴垂直于机架的特殊对称连杆曲线的产生条件。
Start from the formation principle of Ball points, the producing condition of Ball points on the symmetrical connecting-rod curves was analyzed. It has been put forward that there exists single Ball point anti double Ball points on the symmetrical connecting-rod curves of equilateral mechanisms. Among them the single Ball point can be solved by the use of moving Ball curve, yet the sector connecting-rod curve with double Ball points was produced in the parallel moving position of two linking frame rods, thus the double Ball points can be solved by the use of that instantaneous inflexion circle. According to the relation formula of Ball point and dimension of mechanism, the producing condition of the special symmetrical connecting-rod curve of the self-tangency and involves straight line segments and its symmetrical axis perpendicular to the machine frame was obtained by analysis.
