摘要
为解决双直线导向机构综合难的问题 ,以机构运动学知识为基础 ,在对单直线导向机构进行研究的基础上提出了双直线导向机构综合的一种新的数值求解方法 .运用双重鲍尔点附近的两段曲线来逼近给定的两段直线 ,其逼近精度为 3阶 .该方法解决了双直线导向机构求解困难的问题 ,用该方法编制的一套双直线导向机构综合的设计软件对双直线导向机构进行了综合与仿真 ,对给定两条直线的点位或方向角均可得到一系列满意的解 ,实现了双直线导向机构综合的自动化与可视化 。
On the basis of mechanism kinematics knowledge, a new synthesis method for double straight line mechanism is proposed to solve the synthesis problem of double straight line mechanism. Using two curves around the double Ball point to approach two given lines with 3 order precision is realized, which solves the problem of double straight line synthesis. Applying the method, a set of software is developed to automatically design and visualize double straight line mechanism. A series of satisfied solutions may be gotten using the design software to given direction angle of two lines and a point on each line or only given direction angle of two lines,which proves that the method proposed is right and feasible.
