摘要
提出利用有限接近的概念求解带近似直线段的连杆曲线。在机构运动位置的有限接近状态下,得到拐点圆及鲍尔点。同时,通过对拐点圆、环点曲线和瞬心线的理论分析,得到特殊运动位置下拐点圆上的连杆点,可以实现理想直线导引的结论。基于这个方法,获得给定机构尺度下能实现包括若干个双直线导引在内的近似直线导引连杆曲线的全面解。
Using the finite approaching concept to make solutions on the connecting rod curve with approximate straight line segment has been put forward.The inflexion circle and Ball point were obtained under the finite approach state of mechanism movement position.At the same time,through theoretical analysis on inflexion circle,loop points curve and line of instantaneous center the connecting rod point on the inflexion circle under the specific movement position was obtained,thus the conclusion of ideal straight line guidance can be achieved. On the basis of this method, the comprehensive solution of approximate straight line guiding connecting rod curve that includes certain numbered dual straight lines guidance can be achieved under given mechanism dimensions
