摘要
目的:建立测定吲哚美辛的新的电化学分析方法。方法:循环伏安法(CV)和微分脉冲溶出伏安法(DPSV)。结果:在pH=4.0的Britton-Robinson(BR)缓冲液中,吲哚美辛在+0.89 V(VS.Ag/AgCl)处有一良好的氧化峰,线性范围为1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol·L-1,检出限为3.8×10-7mol·L-1。结论:所建立方法简便、快速、准确,适用于吲哚美辛的测定。
Objective:To develop new electrochemical methods for the determination of indometacin. Methods:Cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse stripping vohammetry. Results: In a supporting electrolyte of the pH = 4.0 Britton-Robinson(BR) buffer solution. The peak potential was at + 0.89 V (VS. Ag/AgCl), the peak current of indometacin were linear to the concentration ranging from 1.0×10^-6 to 1.0 × l0^-4 mol·L^-1 ,the detection limit was 3.8 ×10^-7 mol· L^-1. Conclusion:The methods are simple , fast and exact,which can be used for the determination of indometacin.
