摘要
本文研究了在Britton-Robinson介质(pH10.4)中,庆大霉素甲醛衍生物在悬汞电极上的线性扫描伏安行为,并讨论了电极过程.庆大霉素浓度在2.0×10^(-9)~2.0×10^(-7)g/ml范围内与其峰电流呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9992,富集2min,检测下限为2.0×10^(-10)g/ml.方法用于药物中庆大霉素含量测定,回收率在94.0~107.91%之间,相对标准偏差≤2.1%.
The linear sweep adsorptive voltammetric behaviour of the Gentamicin-HCHO system on the HMDE was investigated in Britton-Robinson (pH10.4) Solution. Also, the mechanism of electrode process was discussed, The Gentamicin concentration over the range of 2.0×10-9~2.0×10-7g·ml-1 was in good linear relationship with the peak current, and the related coefficient was 0.9992. Its detection limit was 2.0×10-10 g·ml-1 after 2 min accumulation. The method was applied to the determination of Gentamicin in drugs and the recovery was in the range of 94.0~107.9%. The relative standard deviation was 2.1%.
