摘要
组织文化、资源相互协调与配合、产品开发组织架构等组织因素是新产品开发绩效的关键因素。海尔洗衣机产品的开发,创建了面向市场的组织文化与资源共享的平台,在新产品开发团队中,推行模块经理与型号经理相结合的新产品开发组织架构,较好地兼顾了产品开发中的市场、技术、成本三个维度,提高了新产品开发绩效,创建了高绩效的新产品创新模式。
Organizational cultures, coordination of resources, and organizational infrastructures are key factors of developing new products. The development of Haler washing machine constructs a platform where the organizational culture and resources can be shared together. In the team of NPD, the organiza- tional infrastructure which combines type managers and modal mangers gives considerations to three latitudes, i. e. , market, technology, and cost. This pattern enhances the performance of NPD, and provides great preference to Chinese companies for refining their future NPD.
