公司价值最大化已成为公司普遍接受的理财目标假设,价值链模式下研究公司价值创造有着现实的理论意义和实践意义。价值链模式下的公司价值创造的驱动因素包括:价值链所创造的最大化的顾客价值,公司整体价值链创造价值的核心能力,价值链成员之间的相互合作关系,公司价值链独特性。价值链模式下的价值创造,无论是竞争理念的升华,还是创造公司价值的深度和广度,都开辟了一个新的途径和新的视野。
Firm's value maximization has already became the generally acceptable financing goal to firms.Under the value chain pattern studies of firm value creation have the realistic theory significance and practice significance.Firm value creation's actuating factors under the value chain pattern includes maximized customer value created by the value chain,the core ability of creating value under firm's overall value chain and value creation under the value chain.No matter of the sublimation of the competition idea or the depth and breadth of creating firm value all opened a new way and the new field of vision.
