摘要
项目管理就是通过计划、理论、人事、控制等职能,设计和保持一种良好的环境,使项目参加者在项目组织中高效率地完成既定的项目任务。对于任何一个建筑工程来讲,搞好各专业、各部门之间的协调与配合都是至关重要的,同时要不断提高管理水平,使项目管理更加科学化。
