摘要
研究了不同浓度的Ce(SO4)2浸种对黄瓜(津春4号)种子在亚适温下萌发以及幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,铈浸种可以促进亚适温下黄瓜种子的萌发,减轻亚适温条件下黄瓜幼苗的细胞膜透性和膜脂过氧化作用,提高亚适温条件下黄瓜幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)活性和脯氨酸(Pro.)含量;以40mg/L Ce(SO4)2浸种效果最佳。
Effects of different concentration Ce(SO4)2 solution (0mg/L,20mg/L,40mg/L,60mg/L) on germination of cucumber seeds and seedling physiology under suboptimum temperature were studied. The results showed that all concentration Ce(SO4)2 solution could improve germinating of cucumber seeds under sub-optimum temperature,reduce the content of MDA (a product of membrance lipid peroxidation ) and relative conductivity, and enhance the POD activity and the proline content; the best effect of Ce (SO4)2 solution was 40mg/L.
