摘要 微生物量测定方法是土壤微生物生态学重要的研究方法,目前已形成比较完整的一套实验室常规分析方法。本文将对这些方法做综合评述,对他们之间的相互关系也做了讨论。 Soil microbial biomass measurement becomes an important tool in microbial e- cological work.A series of techniques have been developed so far.In this paper the tech- niques are evaluated,and their relationships are also discussed.
